If you want to make an exchange for any reason after receiving the product, you must contact us via our Instagram page (bagacmoda) or WhatsApp line on the day you receive the product. You must send the product via PTT KARGO (with customer code 803124408) within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
Returns are accepted only if there is a defect in the product caused by us. In order for the refund to be made, you must ship the product you are returning to us, complete and undamaged, together with its receipt, packaging and any accessories, in the package you returned to us.
In order for the return of the product to be approved, the product must be unaltered, unused, not dirty, unwashed, unironed and free of odor.
Once we receive the product, it will be opened within 24 hours and the return/exchange process will begin. If the return request is approved after the necessary checks on the product are carried out by the return unit, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 1 week. Returns for products purchased through the website are made through the website and this period takes up to 7-10 business days. This period may vary depending on banks. If your refund has not been made after the specified period, you can first contact your bank and then our WhatsApp line at 0555 026 29 36.
For orders made by Debit/Credit Card, the refund is made to the card you used to make the payment. For orders made via cash on delivery or EFT, you must provide us with your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR and the name and surname of the IBAN owner in order to receive a refund.
